1. Returns & Refunds

(A.) We do not offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges except for damaged items (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels.

(B.) We strongly advise you to carefully check your groceries upon delivery to ensure the items are fresh and intact. In the unlikely event that any item is damaged, please DO NOT accept the package and contact us within 24 hours via phone or email.

2. Merging of orders

(A.) Due to the perishable nature of groceries and real-time stock updates, MarketPadi canNOT add items to an already placed order. If you need additional items, please place a new order.

3. Swapping of orders

Please note that, due to stock management and quality control, customers will NOT be allowed to swap a new item for an item already ordered.
